Strap-ons: Introduction

My goal with this serie on strap-ons is to make it accessible for a variety of bodies. When you walk-in a sexshop looking for strap-ons, what you will usually see on the wall are thin white able bodies doing sexy poses wearing a cheaply made harness and a plastic dong. Those models are far from representing the diversity of folks that use strap-ons in their lives.

Strap-ons can be used in a array of contexts, sexuel or not. For some folks they will be a fun add-on to their sex toys collection and for others an essential and gender-affirming tool. Everyone can use a strap-on in their sex lives, but they are usually tailored to a specific body. Here I will try to more accessible for disable bodies, fat bodies and trans bodies.

Sex toys can be pricey, especially for marginalized folks. In this serie, I will include cheaper versions of the toys I talk about. The quality of a toy usually makes it pricier, so cheaper toys may be made of cheaper materials. Although it is not always the case, itโ€™s important to keep in mind.ย  There will be 4 parts to this serie ; the basics of strap-ons, strap-ons for disable bodies, for fat bodies and for trans bodies. I will be posting in the next month, so be on the lookout!
